The hotel was unique with individual rooms and I loved fantastically friendly staff. Fairly nice area, very central location short walk to metro station and a bakery that opens at 6:30am. Also, I had easy access to a Roman Catholic church.

Nice place to stay in Bilbao, if compared to other hotels. Delightful personnel, amazing pool plus nice garden. Had themed room with balcony and an exceptionally comfortable bed, for example for a decent stay. The location was BRILLIANT and strategic.

My experience at this marvelous hotel was very special. Uniquely decorated rooms, large beds, unbeatable location. Great service within 0.5 miles of the airport. Breakfast food was abundant, staff were best.

Fantastic 2-star experience. We liked the cozy decor of our room. It was not far from Spa-Balneario Jardines de Albia. Besides, at the private parking our car was safe.
